Maybe you’ve been planning this for years, you have family and friends that want to help, or your crafty and want to have a hands on approach to how your wedding looks. For you our service is simple you tell us what you need, we help you put that together and then a day or two before the wedding you ( and your posse) come and collect all your hire items and have fun putting together the vision you have.
We are a one stop shop when it comes to our in house hiring range. From thousands of Chair covers and bows to hundreds of vases and candle holders what you see on our website or in our showroom is ours but that doesn’t mean that is where it stops, if you have seen something you want, let us know as we are always adding to our range and we can look into obtaining it for you or point in the direction of who can. With our Hire service you can hire one item or 500, depending on your hiring needs.
Bringing in as much as possible is always preferable, Colour swatches, photo’s or magazine clippings of things you like, pinterest pages or screen shots of bouquets, flowers etc. If you have already purchased some items that you want to use pictures of these or the actual items is helpful also. Know your budget, style, approximate numbers and possible venue’s before coming in this means we can determine what you need and how much you need. I’m having a garden wedding, In case it rains what notice do we need to give you and will you set up our wedding at a Plan B location? Firstly congratulations on having a Plan B, Mother Nature can turn on the rain and wind when she wants to and you need to be prepared for that. In relation to notice more is best. Remember you also have to contact guests and let them know also. We always try and say at least 2 hours prior to your ceremony time as we are generally at the park and hour before hand. If you want us to set up in another location we will need at least 3 hours notice before hand.
